Instructions
- Combine almond flour and cacao powder in a food processor.
- Pulse in salt and baking soda.
- Add eggs, coconut oil, honey, and stevia, then pulse to combine.
- Briefly pulse in the grated zucchini.
- Transfer the batter to a parchment-lined small loaf pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes.
- Cool for 2 hours before serving.
