Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and slice the cauliflower into 1-inch steaks.
- Place the cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet and rub with oil, sea salt, maple syrup, and shawarma spice blend.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through until tender and browned.
- Prepare the chutney by blending cilantro, garlic, salt, pepper, lime juice, sweetener, and water in a food processor.
- Adjust the flavor of the chutney as needed and serve with the cauliflower steaks.
