Roasted Cauliflower Steak

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Trim away leaves and most of the stems from the cauliflower heads, leaving enough stem to hold the steaks together.
- Slice the cauliflower heads into ½-inch thick steaks.
- Arrange the cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet in a single, even layer.
- In a small bowl, mix together salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Brush olive oil on the cauliflower steaks and sprinkle half of the spice blend over them.
- Flip the steaks and repeat the oil brushing and seasoning.
- Bake in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes, flipping the steaks after the first 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and serve hot.
