Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 220C/450F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Slice the cauliflower into 1-1½ inch thick steaks, creating a crisscross pattern through each steak.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with the butter mixture and place them on the lined tray.
- Bake the cauliflower steaks for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and tender.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
