Cauliflower Steak Pizza

The cauliflower steaks

cauliflower, cut into ½-inch steaks

extra-virgin olive oil

The pizza toppings

pizza or marinara sauce

shredded cheese

sliced pepperoni (or toppings of choice)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
- Slice the cauliflower into ½-inch thick slices around the stem, keeping the green leaves on.
- Lay the cauliflower steaks on a pan and drizzle with olive oil and salt, rubbing to distribute the oil.
- Roast for 20 minutes, then carefully flip the steaks and roast for another 15 to 20 minutes until tender.
- Once tender, add your pizza toppings to each slice.
- Turn on the broiler and place the cauliflower steaks under it for 1 to 2 minutes until the toppings are hot and bubbly.
- Serve warm.
