Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450ºF and grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
- Remove the green leaves from the cauliflower and cut off any excess stem.
- Slice the cauliflower into slabs about ¾ to 1 inch thick, aiming for 2 to 3 steaks.
- Place the cauliflower steaks on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil on both sides.
- Season the steaks evenly with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt.
- Roast in the oven for 15 minutes, then flip the steaks and roast for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until fork-tender.
- Serve warm with your favorite sauce.
