Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • a pinch sugar
  • 1 green onion finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated ginger
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut the cauliflower lengthwise into ¾-inch slices and place on a baking sheet, overlapping slightly.
  3. Drizzle the cauliflower with olive oil.
  4. Roast the cauliflower for 25 minutes until lightly browned and tender.
  5. Whisk together the soy sauce, water, sugar, green onion, ginger, and sesame seeds, then pour over the roasted cauliflower to serve.
