Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Cut the cauliflower lengthwise into ¾-inch slices and place on a baking sheet, overlapping slightly.
- Drizzle the cauliflower with olive oil.
- Roast the cauliflower for 25 minutes until lightly browned and tender.
- Whisk together the soy sauce, water, sugar, green onion, ginger, and sesame seeds, then pour over the roasted cauliflower to serve.
