  • teaspoon garlic powder
  • teaspoon onion powder
  • teaspoon dried oregano
  • teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2-3 cracks pepper

The main dish

  • 2 eggs eggs
  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 1 tomato tomato, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat crumbled Feta Cheese (optional)
  • to taste parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet and add olive oil and mushrooms, cooking until golden brown.
  2. In a bowl, warm cream cheese until melted, then mix in garlic, onion, oregano, salt, and pepper, adding milk gradually until smooth.
  3. Add chopped spinach to the skillet with mushrooms and stir until wilted.
  4. Combine the cream cheese mixture with the spinach and mushrooms, then keep warm.
  5. Clean the skillet and cook the eggs to your desired doneness.
  6. Toast the bread and layer with tomato slices, spinach mixture, and eggs on top.
  7. Optional: Sprinkle with feta and parsley before serving.
