Ingredients

  • 2 cups brussels sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
  • 3 pieces fresno chili peppers
  • 1 can black beans
  • ½ lime zest and juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • to taste salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Toss the brussels sprouts with oil and salt, then add them to the skillet.
  3. 3. Cook the brussels sprouts until tender, about 6-8 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the remaining ingredients and cook until warmed through, another 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve immediately.
