Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then add the egg and mix well.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream.
- Mix the dry ingredients together and add to the batter, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the sliced dried strawberries.
- Spray 2-3 ramekins with non-stick spray and divide the batter among them.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden.
- For the strawberry sauce, puree the strawberries and sugar in a food processor, adding cream and blending again.
