Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ΒΌ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup full-fat canned coconut milk
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients together.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
  4. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  5. Use a measuring cup to pour the batter into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Repeat until all batter is used.
  7. Serve warm with maple syrup or desired toppings.
