Instructions
- Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients together.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Use a measuring cup to pour the batter into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Repeat until all batter is used.
- Serve warm with maple syrup or desired toppings.
