Instructions
- Process the oats in a food processor or blender until they reach a flour consistency.
- Add the peanut butter and honey or maple syrup, then blend until combined and a dough forms.
- Roll the mixture into round bites, using about a scant tablespoon for each.
- If the dough isn't holding together, add 1-2 more tablespoons of peanut butter.
- If the dough sticks to your hands, oil them with coconut oil or cooking spray.
