No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites

baking chocolate or chocolate chips

Instructions
- 1. In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients except the baking chocolate and salt until combined.
- 2. Prepare an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray or parchment paper for thin bars, or use a 9x3 loaf pan for thicker bars.
- 3. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared dish.
- 4. Melt the baking chocolate in the microwave or on the stovetop, stirring frequently.
- 5. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of the bars and sprinkle with flaked sea salt if desired.
- 6. Cover and freeze for at least one hour before slicing into pieces.
