Sweet & Salty Peanut Butter Bites

crushed pretzels
For topping
Instructions
- Pulse the rolled oats in a food processor or blender until some are broken into small pieces.
- Transfer the oats to a mixing bowl.
- Pulse the pretzels in the food processor until broken into small pieces, then add to the oats.
- Mix in the remaining ingredients except for the flaky sea salt until well combined.
- If the mixture is too sticky, add water gradually until it holds together.
- Roll the mixture into 20-24 bites and place them on a plate.
- Sprinkle each bite with flaky sea salt and enjoy.
