Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut, toasted
  • ¼ cup chia seeds or flaxmeal
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, softened
  • ¼ cup organic blue agave

Instructions

  1. Pulse the oats and pretzels in a food processor until crushed.
  2. Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into balls, squeezing to help them stick together.
  4. Chill in the fridge or freezer for 20-30 minutes before serving.
