Instructions
- 1. Blend pretzels and cashews in a food processor.
- 2. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and add all remaining ingredients, mixing well.
- 3. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
- 4. Coat the bites with extra cocoa powder and crushed pretzel if desired.
- 5. Set in the freezer for 5-10 minutes, then return to the freezer or refrigerate to maintain freshness.
