Paleo and Vegan Cocoa Cherry Pistachio Energy Bites

Instructions
- Combine the coconut or peanut flour, cocoa powder or chocolate protein, nut butter, dried cherries, and crushed pistachios in a large bowl and mix well.
- Add in the honey or maple syrup and mix again.
- Optionally, add a dash of cinnamon or ginger for extra spice.
- Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
- Store in the refrigerator or freeze to maintain freshness.
