Instructions
- Blend the rolled oats, ground flax seed, chia seeds, cinnamon, dried dates, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and protein powder in a food processor until finely chopped.
- Slowly add water and blend until the mixture sticks together.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and mix in the chocolate chips by hand.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
