Instructions
- Process the dates in a food processor until they form a sticky ball.
- Add nut butter, oats, flax seeds, and salt to the processor and blend until crumbly.
- Adjust the mixture by adding more oats or nut butter if needed to achieve the right consistency.
- Scoop the mixture with a tablespoon and roll it into balls.
- Place the balls on a lined plate or baking sheet and refrigerate for about an hour to firm up.
