Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons ground flax or chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Process the dates in a food processor until they form a sticky ball.
  2. Add nut butter, oats, flax seeds, and salt to the processor and blend until crumbly.
  3. Adjust the mixture by adding more oats or nut butter if needed to achieve the right consistency.
  4. Scoop the mixture with a tablespoon and roll it into balls.
  5. Place the balls on a lined plate or baking sheet and refrigerate for about an hour to firm up.
