Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup pitted Medjool dates
  • 1 cup all-natural drippy cashew butter
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Process rolled oats in a food processor until they turn into oat flour.
  2. Add dates, cashew butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and sea salt to the food processor and blend until a dough forms.
  3. Mix in mini chocolate chips by pulsing the processor.
  4. Scoop out the dough using a tablespoon and roll into balls.
  5. Sprinkle the energy bites with sea salt before serving.
