Instructions
- 1. Process rolled oats in a food processor until they form oat flour.
- 2. Add dates, cashew butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and sea salt to the processor and blend until a dough forms.
- 3. Mix in mini chocolate chips by pulsing them into the dough.
- 4. Scoop out dough with a tablespoon and roll into balls.
- 5. Optionally, sprinkle with sea salt before serving.
