Ingredients

The base

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

The mix-in

  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. 1. Process rolled oats in a food processor until they form oat flour.
  2. 2. Add dates, cashew butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and sea salt to the processor and blend until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Mix in mini chocolate chips by pulsing them into the dough.
  4. 4. Scoop out dough with a tablespoon and roll into balls.
  5. 5. Optionally, sprinkle with sea salt before serving.
