Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 2 tbsp oat flour
  • ½ cup nut butter
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  2. If the mixture is too wet to roll into balls, chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. Roll into balls and store in the fridge or freezer. If frozen, defrost for a few minutes before eating.
