Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine almond butter, protein powder, coconut flour, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and 2 tablespoons of almond milk.
- Stir until the mixture forms a dough that is soft enough to roll into balls but not overly sticky.
- Adjust the consistency by adding more almond milk or coconut flour as needed.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Roll the mixture into 12 balls.
- Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for later.
