Ingredients

  • ½ cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • ½ cup vanilla whey protein powder
  • cup coconut flour or oat flour
  • tablespoons honey or pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2-4 tablespoons unsweetened vanilla almond milk or milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine almond butter, protein powder, coconut flour, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and 2 tablespoons of almond milk.
  2. Stir until the mixture forms a dough that is soft enough to roll into balls but not overly sticky.
  3. Adjust the consistency by adding more almond milk or coconut flour as needed.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Roll the mixture into 12 balls.
  6. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for later.
