Ingredients

The base

  • cups almond flour
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon milk

The coating

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine the almond flour, coconut flour, sugar, and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Melt the almond butter and maple syrup together, then mix with the dry ingredients until well combined.
  3. If the mixture is too crumbly, add milk one tablespoon at a time until a thick batter forms.
  4. Shape the mixture into small balls and set aside.
  5. Mix the additional cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl, then roll each ball in this mixture.
  6. Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until firm.
