Instructions
- Combine the almond flour, coconut flour, sugar, and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.
- Melt the almond butter and maple syrup together, then mix with the dry ingredients until well combined.
- If the mixture is too crumbly, add milk one tablespoon at a time until a thick batter forms.
- Shape the mixture into small balls and set aside.
- Mix the additional cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl, then roll each ball in this mixture.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until firm.
