Ingredients

  • ¾ cup peanut flour or oat flour
  • ½ cup vanilla protein
  • ½ cup caramel chips or chopped caramel candy bits
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp butter extract (optional)
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup nut butter of choice

Instructions

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Add nut butter, extracts, and honey to the dry ingredients and mix well, preferably using your hands.
  3. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
  4. Optionally, roll the balls in extra protein or cinnamon powder.
  5. Adjust the consistency by adding more honey or nut butter if the mixture is too dry.
  6. Store in the freezer or refrigerator to maintain freshness.
