Ingredients

The mixture

  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • pinch salt

The binding ingredients

  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp almond milk or water

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, protein powder, cinnamon, chia seeds, and salt in a medium bowl.
  2. In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, honey, and vanilla.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Add almond milk or water as needed to help the mixture stick together.
  5. Wet your hands and form the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls.
  6. Place the formed balls on a plate or tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
