Instructions
- Optionally, pulse oats in a food processor for a chunkier texture.
- In a bowl, combine oats, coconut flakes, ground flaxseed, chia seeds, and salt.
- Add peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla; mix well.
- Incorporate chocolate chips into the mixture.
- Roll the mixture into 26-28 small balls, adding water if needed to help it stick.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.
