Instructions
- Mix oats, flax, and salt in a bowl.
- Add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla; stir until combined.
- Wet your hands and form the mixture into small balls, placing them on a cookie sheet.
- Freeze the balls while melting the chocolate.
- Melt chocolate chips, coconut oil, and peanut butter in a bowl in 20-second increments, stirring each time.
- Dip each ball in the melted chocolate and place back on the sheet.
- Sprinkle with flaky salt and freeze for about 30 minutes until hardened.
