Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 medium banana
  • 4 Tbsp powdered peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp unsweetened organic cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 packet Stevia

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly until completely combined.
  2. Using a tablespoon, scoop out the mixture and roll it into a ball.
  3. Place the balls on a cookie sheet or plate and continue until all balls are made.
  4. Refrigerate the balls for at least an hour or enjoy immediately.
