Ingredients

The mixture

  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • ¾ cup coconut flour
  • ½ cup maple syrup

The coating

  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line a large plate or tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except chocolate chips and mix until fully combined. Add water or milk if the batter is too thick.
  3. Shape the mixture into small 1-inch balls and place them on the lined plate. Freeze for 10 minutes.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or using a double boiler.
  5. Dip each ball in the melted chocolate using two forks until completely covered. Repeat for all balls.
  6. Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until the chocolate coating has set.
