Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

Instructions
- Line a large plate or tray with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except chocolate chips and mix until fully combined. Add water or milk if the batter is too thick.
- Shape the mixture into small 1-inch balls and place them on the lined plate. Freeze for 10 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or using a double boiler.
- Dip each ball in the melted chocolate using two forks until completely covered. Repeat for all balls.
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until the chocolate coating has set.
