Peanut Butter Balls

The coating

dark chocolate chips

coconut oil
Instructions
- Stir the peanut butter well before using.
- Mix the peanut butter and maple syrup in a large bowl until it thickens.
- Add coconut flour as needed to achieve the right texture.
- Stir in salt and rice crisp cereal.
- Shape the mixture into small balls.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small pot over low heat.
- Dip the balls into the melted chocolate and place them on parchment paper.
- Freeze the balls for 6-8 minutes until firm.
- Drizzle leftover chocolate on top for decoration.
- Freeze again for 10-15 minutes until the chocolate is set.
