Instructions
- Mix peanut butter, honey, coconut flour, and salt in a medium bowl until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough into balls and place them on a parchment-lined pan.
- Freeze the balls for about 20 minutes until firm.
- Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, coating thoroughly.
- Sprinkle with coarse sea salt if desired, then return to parchment paper.
- Allow the chocolate to harden, either at room temperature or in the fridge.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
