Healthy Peanut Butter Balls

sugar free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine almond flour, erythritol, peanut butter, and sea salt in a medium mixing bowl.
- Whisk warm water and gelatin in a small bowl, then add to the peanut butter mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave, stirring in between to avoid burning.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and roll the peanut butter mixture into 12 balls.
- Optionally, roll the balls in melted chocolate or drizzle chocolate over them.
- Place the balls on the lined baking sheet and refrigerate or freeze for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Once firm, store the balls in an airtight container in the fridge.
