Peanut Butter Protein Balls

honey (or maple syrup for vegan)

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir until a sticky dough forms.
- If the dough is too sticky, add an additional tablespoon of ground flax seeds.
- Scoop the dough by heaping tablespoons and roll into balls.
- Place the balls on a parchment-lined pan.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for an hour to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
