Ingredients

  • ¾ cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup all-natural peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds (or ground chia seeds)
  • 2 tablespoons hemp hearts
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup for vegan)
  • a pinch fine sea salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir until a sticky dough forms.
  2. If the dough is too sticky, add an additional tablespoon of ground flax seeds.
  3. Scoop the dough by heaping tablespoons and roll into balls.
  4. Place the balls on a parchment-lined pan.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for an hour to firm up.
  6. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
