Instructions
- Blend oats, dates, almond butter, ground flaxseed, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract until finely diced.
- Add melted coconut oil, honey, and water, then blend until sticky. Adjust water as needed.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on parchment paper.
- Mix coconut sugar and cinnamon in a bowl, then roll the energy balls in this mixture.
- Enjoy immediately or store in a ziplock bag in the refrigerator.
