Ingredients

The mixture

  • 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup ground flax seed
  • 1 tablespoon black chia seeds
  • 1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

The additions

  • ½ cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Combine rolled oats, ground flax seed, chia seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg, maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla extract, and protein powder in a food processor and pulse until blended.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and stir in the raisins.
  3. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  4. Cover the balls and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
