Instructions
- Place the oats, protein powder, and walnuts in a food processor and pulse until slightly ground.
- Add the coconut oil, honey, and cinnamon, then pulse until the mixture starts to stick together.
- Incorporate the golden raisins or dates and pulse a bit more until the mixture holds together.
- Roll the mixture into balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking tray.
- Freeze the balls for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with extra cinnamon and transfer to an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
