Ingredients

The base

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup raisins

The binding and flavoring

  • cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp water (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend the oats in a food processor until they reach a flour-like consistency.
  2. Add the raisins, almond butter, honey, and chia seeds, then blend until a ball forms, adding water as needed.
  3. Place the mixture in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove from the freezer and roll into balls.
  5. Store in the freezer or fridge.
