Ingredients

The base

  • cups walnuts
  • cups oat flour
  • 12 pieces dates (softened in warm water for 10 minutes)
  • ½ cup almond butter

The flavorings

  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

The mix-ins

  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • to taste none flaky salt for topping

Instructions

  1. Blend walnuts in a food processor until they become fine crumbs.
  2. Add oat flour, drained dates, almond butter, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla extract to the processor.
  3. Blend the mixture until smooth and a ball forms, ensuring all ingredients hold together when pressed.
  4. Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes, then mix in mini chocolate chips.
  5. Using a small cookie scoop, roll the dough into balls using about 2-3 tbsp of dough per ball.
  6. Top with flaky salt and store in the freezer or fridge.
