Instructions
- Blend walnuts in a food processor until they become fine crumbs.
- Add oat flour, drained dates, almond butter, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla extract to the processor.
- Blend the mixture until smooth and a ball forms, ensuring all ingredients hold together when pressed.
- Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes, then mix in mini chocolate chips.
- Using a small cookie scoop, roll the dough into balls using about 2-3 tbsp of dough per ball.
- Top with flaky salt and store in the freezer or fridge.
