Instructions
- 1. Add the pitted dates, walnuts, coconut, vanilla extract, and sea salt into a food processor.
- 2. Process the ingredients until the mixture looks crumbly, about 60 seconds.
- 3. Stop processing when the mixture can be easily pressed into a ball.
- 4. Use a tablespoon or cookie scoop to scoop the mixture and roll it into balls.
- 5. Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet or plate.
- 6. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
