Chocolate Energy Balls

Optional coating

Instructions
- Grind the walnuts in a food processor until finely ground.
- Add the dates, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt to the ground walnuts.
- Process the mixture until it forms a sticky, uniform dough.
- Scoop the mixture using a tablespoon and roll into balls.
- Optionally, roll the balls in cocoa powder for coating.
- Store the energy balls in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
