Ingredients

  • 12 pieces pitted Medjool dates
  • ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts or almonds
  • 1 ½ tablespoons melted coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until the mixture becomes a paste.
  2. Form 2-inch balls and place them in an airtight container with parchment paper in between layers.
  3. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
