Instructions
- Blend the dates and warm water in a food processor until a paste forms.
- Add the cashews, almond butter, and shredded coconut, then blend until the mixture sticks together.
- Wet your hands and roll the mixture into 1-inch balls, yielding about 12-14 balls.
- Optionally, roll the balls in additional shredded coconut.
