Ingredients

The mixture

Optional coating

Instructions

  1. Blend the dates and warm water in a food processor until a paste forms.
  2. Add the cashews, almond butter, and shredded coconut, then blend until the mixture sticks together.
  3. Wet your hands and roll the mixture into 1-inch balls, yielding about 12-14 balls.
  4. Optionally, roll the balls in additional shredded coconut.
