Ingredients

The Bliss Balls

  • 1 cup Roasted cashews
  • ¾ cup Almonds
  • ¼ cup Desiccated coconut
  • ¼ tsp Sea salt
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla bean powder (optional)
  • cups Pitted Medjool dates

Optional Toppings

  • 1 tbsp Desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp Wholesome Yum Blanched Almond Flour

Instructions

  1. Combine cashews, almonds, coconut, sea salt, and vanilla bean powder in a food processor and process until fine.
  2. Add Medjool dates and process until the mixture sticks together and can be formed into a ball.
  3. Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, form the mixture into balls.
  4. If desired, roll the balls in almond flour or desiccated coconut.
