Apricot Fig Bliss Balls

dried figs (California Mission figs, stems cut off)

dark chocolate chips (Enjoy Life Foods Vegan Chocolate)

unsweetened shredded coconut for coating
Instructions
- Cut off the stems from the figs and place figs, apricots, nuts, and dark chocolate chips in a food processor.
- Blend until finely chopped, ensuring it doesn't turn into a paste.
- Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and add a pinch of sea salt.
- Mix well and roll the mixture into balls.
- Place the balls on a cookie sheet and roll each in shredded coconut.
- Freeze for 30 minutes, then transfer to a plastic bag or container for storage.
