Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
- Process until the mixture is combined and clumpy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Remove the blade and roll the mixture into balls.
- Optionally roll the balls in toppings.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
