Ingredients

The bliss balls

  • ½ cup dried figs
  • ¼ cup dates, pitted
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 2 scoops Paleovalley Bone Broth Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • a pinch sea salt

Optional toppings

  • raw cacao powder
  • shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Process until the mixture is combined and clumpy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Remove the blade and roll the mixture into balls.
  4. Optionally roll the balls in toppings.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
