Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until a thick, moldable dough forms.
- If the mixture is too thick, add more cashew butter or a date; if too wet, add more almond flour.
- Taste and adjust flavors as needed.
- Scoop out 1-Tbsp amounts and roll into balls, yielding about 22.
- Enjoy as is, or chill before topping with melted coconut butter.
- Store in the freezer for up to 1 month or in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
