Instructions
- Pulse walnuts in a food processor until they become a meal.
- Add dates, almond pulp, cacao powder, hemp seeds, sea salt, and almond butter to the processor and mix until a moist dough forms.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 10 minutes.
- Scoop out rounded tablespoon amounts and roll them into balls.
- Roll the balls in extra cacao powder or hemp seeds if desired.
- Store leftovers in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
