  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

  • ¾ cup water
  • cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, flax seed, cacao powder, cinnamon, dates, almond butter, and protein powder in a food processor.
  2. Pulse until the mixture is finely chopped and resembles flour.
  3. Gradually add water while blending until the mixture sticks together.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and mix in chocolate chips by hand.
  5. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
