Instructions
- Combine oats, flax seed, cacao powder, cinnamon, dates, almond butter, and protein powder in a food processor.
- Pulse until the mixture is finely chopped and resembles flour.
- Gradually add water while blending until the mixture sticks together.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and mix in chocolate chips by hand.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
