Instructions
- Mash the bananas in a small bowl.
- Add the mashed bananas, oats, dates, almond butter, pecans, protein powder, and cinnamon to a food processor.
- Pulse until the mixture is well blended and the oats are finely chopped.
- Slowly add water and blend until the mixture sticks together.
- Roll the mixture into 1 to 2-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
